Terms and Conditions, Complaints Procedure

Applicable to Siterra, s.r.o., operator of Time PoRTaL Music Festival
1. Siterra, s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as "Siterra"), incorporated in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in České Budějovice, Section C, Entry 11247, with its registered office at Na výhledu 450/1, 373 71 Rudolfov, ID No .: 26052512, establishes these terms and conditions as rights and obligations between Siterra and third parties resulting from the sale of tickets and Multipas through the Colosseum Ticket sales network and all related relationships.

2. These terms and conditions, including the Complaints Procedure, are valid for purchases of tickets for cultural events (hereinafter referred to as "Events") made through the Colosseum Ticket (online and at selling points throughout the Czech Republic). Purchase of tickets is also considered to be orders for invoice and bulk orders through the Reservation Department CT. By purchasing a ticket in any form, the customer agrees with these terms and conditions and claims policy and undertakes to abide by them.

3. Siterra is not the organizer of any Events, but through the Colosseum system it provides reservations and tickets for these Events and other related services, based on a contractual relationship with the Organizer. By purchasing a ticket, the contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Promoter is established. All claims are always directed to the Promoter. This implies that neither Siterra nor the Colosseum Ticket is responsible in any way for any changes to the Event, for the course of the Event itself, or for any type of damage, expense or damage that the Ticket Holder or any third party in respect of with the Event.

4. By booking and purchasing the ticket, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions of the Organizer, the Colosseum Ticket Operator, and at the same time agrees to comply with the Rules of Operation of the Event Organizer, the Event venue and the relevant organizing service.

5. How to buy tickets is described in detail at in section "How to buy". The content of the "How to Buy" section is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. The customer is obliged to follow these procedures when accepting the tickets and accept the payment terms.

6. The Colosseum Ticket operator, Siterra, only guarantees the validity and authenticity of tickets purchased in the CT network. It is not responsible for the authenticity of tickets purchased outside the Colosseum Ticket, from dealers, etc. The ticket holder is responsible for any handling of the ticket. By any ticket manipulation, the ticket holder risks being misused, copying a unique identifier - predominantly 2D code and 3D code - and thus the possibility of not entering the Event. Keep your ticket in a safe place. Do not post photos of tickets on social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).

7. The organizer reserves the right to change the program, performers and deadlines for each Event.
Public Offer
From the moment of ticket purchase, the client automatically agrees to photo and video shooting within the framework of the Time Portal music festival. Also, the company Siterra has the full right to use the photos and videos of clients present at any of the concerts of the Time Portal festival on its official website. This right extends to its official social networking pages belonging to the Time Portal music project (Instagram, Facebook, VK, etc.). Photos and videos are in general accessibility for viewing for each visitor of the site or social network. The company Siterra and the music festival does not pursue the following goals: to discredit the honor and dignity of its client; invasion of the privacy of your client; use photo and video materials on platforms other than the official website of the music festival and its social media pages. All photos and videos are used exclusively to create the image of the Time Portal festival and its presentation.
Complaints Procedure
1. The Buyer is obliged to check the correctness and completeness of the Ticket (s) immediately after purchasing the Tickets or the Delivery of Tickets (in particular the name of the Event, the place and time of the Event, the price and the number of Tickets and other parameters). The Buyer is obliged to notify the Buyer of any complaints of purchased tickets immediately at the point of purchase, by e-mail or by telephone at +420 774 707 909 at the latest within 2 working days.

2. Claims of tickets / multipass content, printing errors, incorrect or incomplete data are solved by the Customer, directly with Siterra by phone +420 774 707 909 or by e-mail In the case of a justified claim, the Customer is obliged to return the issued tickets.

3. Claims relating directly to the Event - Program changes, performers, events, and possible cancellation of the Event, and the related claims for compensation for any damage incurred by the Customer or any third party in connection with the Event and the Customer's Entire Entitlement Agreement the Event Promoter. 4. Paid tickets are not refundable, they cannot be changed and replacement tickets are not provided in case of loss, theft or damage.

5. Any further complaints will be further provided through CT Events Promoter. The Claimant will be notified of the position of the Event Organizer as soon as possible within 30 days at the latest. Claims must be sent without undue delay to

In the event of the Action being canceled by the Promoter, the Customer will be contacted without delay and notified of the cancellation of the Event and the refund procedure if provided by contact details (email, telephone). Siterra / Colosseum Ticket is not responsible for the inability of the Customer to make contact with the Customer. Admission is refunded in the same form of payment as was paid, or at a specific point of purchase. Charges associated with the type of payment are not refundable!
Protection of personal data
1. Siterra Colosseum Ticket stores and processes the personal data provided by the Customer when purchasing or booking tickets or, in the case of registration on CT, according to Act No. 101/2000 Coll. Personal data is collected and stored only electronically in a secure data repository.

2. Personal data to be processed:

phone contact.

3. The purpose of personal data processing is to:

Fulfillment of the contractual relationship that occurs when you place an order (ie purchase or reservation) of the ticket. The purpose is to communicate with the Customer in case of changes to the Events for which the Customer has purchased tickets, to deal with cancellations or claims.

4. Personal data may be provided to the following third parties:

The PS transfers the data necessary to fulfill the contractual relationship to the following third parties: a network of points of sale whose updated list is available HERE. Furthermore, Event Promoters for whom tickets are purchased or booked

5. By purchasing a ticket in the Colosseum Ticket, the Customer agrees to the processing of personal data as described above.

6. E-mail bidding instructions:

By giving consent to receive updates by e-mail, Customer also grants consent to the processing of personal data. Newsletters are business announcements informing you of the current offer of events that can be booked or purchased.

7. The Customer is entitled to cancel this consent to the processing of personal data as described above at any time by sending an e-mail to or by choosing an appeal I agree to receive updates by e-mail available in the "My Account" section. it may also request that data be deleted, either by e-mail or by telephone at +420 277 012 677.
