How does it work?

- Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from May till October -
- in the most unusual castles in different parts of Czech Republic -
- musical bands perform, competing for the listener's hearts -
Every #multipass consists of three Vouchers for the concert seats of the different price categories. You being an owner of the #multipass can choose any castle or a musical band from the festival program and pay for the ticket with the Voucher online at the festival website.
Upon a payment of 3 concerts with the vouchers of your #multipass – you activate your right for getting three discounts different in size at all festivall castles.
1) To activate your #multipass just pay for a concert ticket using one of the three vouchers.
* if you buy concert tickets for a group with more people than you have vouchers, you can buy any empty seats and pay for them together with vouchers and credit card.
2) To purchase the service at a discount, you should come to the working hours of the castle, choose the service and present your #multipass at the time of payment at the cash Desk. Staff members of a castle check a barcode on a reverse side and provide you with your personal discount.
Each Castle offers its own range of services, described on the Castle personal page on the festival website. The #MULTIPASS PROGRAM services are marked with a Golden-square.

* You can use "castles portal bonus" matching with "time portal vouchers" to get discounts while visiting the festival castles and surrounding unique places for one year from the moment you activate #multipass.
** You may use your #multipass just once at each castle.
You can resell, re-gift, lend #multipass, but you must keep in mind that you can not use vouchers for discounts in the same castle twice, (discounts will be used and not available).
*** Don't give your #multipass to anyone until you've paid for all concerts.
Keep voucher codes safe, so that they are not copied and used for payment by anyone.
The festival organizer controls all tickets, but formally, how you manage your vouchers is your responsibility. Until the #multipass package is opened, it is guaranteed that the vouchers are kept safe and secret.
**** Lost #multipass and unused discounts cannot be recovered, if you lose #multipass.
